Due to a higher than normal volume of deliveries, Australia Post have advised that some items may take longer than usual to arrive.
Holiday period trading hours
Our call centre and Customer Service Centres are closed on the following dates:
- Monday 26 December – Tuesday 27 December 2022
- Monday 2 January 2023
Our plate production centre is closed between the following dates:
- Friday 23 December 2022 – Tuesday 3 January 2023
Please note that orders placed during this time won’t commence manufacture until after the centre re-opens on Wednesday 4 January 2023.
Most orders placed after 5 December will be dispatched in January 2023, once our production centre re-opens.
