Christmas delivery dates

  • Order your special person's custom plate by Friday 5 December for delivery before Christmas*. Due to the higher volume of orders at this time of year, we recommend ordering as early as possible to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery during this busy period. 
  • Orders placed after 5 December may not be shipped until January 2026.
  • You will need to fill out a Transfer of Rights form when physical plates are purchased as a gift.
  • Digital gift vouchers are sent instantly via email upon purchase and can be redeemed at a VicRoads Customer Service Centre. They are valid for three years from purchase. 
  • Please note representations of plates are for illustration purposes only and final products may vary slightly from what is displayed.

Holiday period trading hours

Our call centre and Customer Service Centres are closed on the following dates:

  • Thursday 25 December – Friday 26 December 2025
  • Thursday 1 January 2026

Plate production Christmas trading hours

Our production partner will be closed from noon Tuesday 23 December 2025 and re-open Monday 5 January 2026. No plates will be made or shipped during this period. You can still order custom plates on this website during that time.
